Data and Uploaded Content
Shared data shall be from primary sources - only original data created or collected by users can be uploaded. Data shall consist of samples of real measured values, calculated values and other originally gathered variables that are the result of users research activity. Liability and responsibility for all aspects of using uploaded data goes to their uploading users. Doyoudata makes no guaranty in relation to the data provided on this website. Doyoudata carries no liability of any kind for loss caused by the use of downloaded data. Data ownership is determined by users uploading data files - by uploading files users grant others free access to uploaded data and agree to their unlimited use. Users can upload as well only sample data to present and be contacted for full database acquisition.
Files and File Formats
The website can be used for disclosing only structured table Data files saved in commonly used formats, for example sets of numbers in a .xls file or an SQL Database file. After uploading files by user they are released by administrator for search availability. Any file may be removed from the site by the administrator or their uploading user anytime. In case of removing of a data file by administrator a notification e-mail will be sent to the user's address. Files may also be removed from the site if there has been a significant time frame without downloads.
User and User Account
Web site users can create an account with Doyoudata to upload files. To download data, no registration is required. Setting up an account is a simple, user-friendly procedure. To register, users shall provide their account name, email and phone (optional). User accounts can be terminated at any time in case of suspected violation of these Terms of Use. Each user is responsible for uploaded database content in all points listed in these Terms of Use.
